Dear eSMF and ILTC Portal Users, MOH Household Means Eligibility System (HOMES) is undergoing migration from 29 Mar 2024, 10pm to 31 Mar 2024, 11.59pm.
Retrieval of Means Test result is affected. Kindly refrain from using the Means Test Retrieval function(s) during the migration period. If you encounter issue with Means Test results retrieval for eSMF and ILTC Portal after HOMES migration, please contact iltc_itdhelp@aic.sg for assistance.
Note: User may experience an additional 2 secs lag during the retrieval of Means Test result that is expected to last till 17 June 2024 (Monday).
Dear SES users, due to the decommissioning of SES, kindly note that users access to the system has been removed from 2 Jan 2024. For eSMF users, you may retrieve the catalogue from eSMF.
