Dear IRMS users, please note that IRMS has ceased processing Nursing Home, Nursing Home Respite Care and Sheltered Home referrals since 10 Jan 2025, 7pm and all of these referrals have been migrated to BRIGHT (https://bright.gov.sg). Please login to BRIGHT to continue processing NH, NHRC and SH referrals or to submit new referrals for these services. If you encounter any issues accessing BRIGHT, please contact BRIGHT support channel (https://go.gov.sg/brightsupportform). Referrals for other services will continue to be raised and processed in IRMS.
