Dear IRMS users,

As part of our on-going efforts to safeguard our clients’ information in IRMS, users will henceforth be required to re-enter their login credentials to access the Medical, Dementia/Psychiatric and Social Reports tabs (including draft referral) as these may contain Sensitive Health Information (SHI).

For PHI users, please re-login through the context switch in your EMR system if you are automatically logged out of IRMS after 3 failed login attempts

This change with take effect from 17 February 2021.
