IRMS will be enhanced, on 10th May 2021 between 7PM and 10PM to introduce new ‘Befriending’ service type’. Please refrain from accessing IRMS system during this period. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

From 29 April 2021, the length of new passwords will be increased to at least 12 characters to strengthen our cyber security hygiene. This mandatory change is in line with the HealthTech Instruction Manual –ICT Security Policy (“HIM-ISP”).

Dear IRMS Users, IRMS application has a bug resulting in users not being able to view the data in medical report tab. In the interim, kindly attach medical report as an attachment.

In response to strengthening the security controls for IRMS, the applications session time-out will be reduced to 30 minutes from the current 60 minutes. Users will be alerted on the time-out 10 minutes (i.e 20 minutes) prior to the session time-out. The change in the session time-out will take effect from 10th May, 10pm.
