In line with the MOH Financial Circular Minute No. 57/2019 issued on 23 Dec 2019 on concurrent use of ILTC services,
the IRMS has been enhanced on 22 Dec 2020 to generate email alerts to ILTC Providers when potential cases with concurrent use of multiple ILTC services are detected during the referral process.
Upon receiving the IRMS email alerts, ILTC Providers should verify the existing services received by the client, and attempt to de-conflict them by admitting or discharging the client to the appropriate services promptly, to avoid cases of overlapping subvention claims.
