Dear IRMS users, From 8 July 2025, please take note that all new Renal referrals should be raised via BRIGHT (https://bright.gov.sg).
Those referrals that were raised in IRMS will remain in IRMS and will not be migrated to BRIGHT. Any changes to the existing referrals in IRMS can be made till 18 August 2025.
Meanwhile, referrals for other services such as Community Hospital, Befriending and Hospices will continue in IRMS until further notice.

Dear eSMF users, please note that Means Test retrieval will not be available in eSMF from 12 Jul 12am 2025 to 14 Jul 9am 2025.
For urgent discharge cases, please avoid creating and submitting applications during this period.
