Dear NHG Users, if your email has been changed to the new nhghealth email address, you are reminded to amend your eReg email address as needed to ensure you continue to receive system notifications. If you have trouble updating your eReg email address, please call the 1800-ITD-ILTC or write to iltc_itdhelp email for assistance.

Dear IRMS users, please note the following:
1. Most referral services previously on IRMS have now been launched to BRIGHT (https://bright.gov.sg). For BRIGHT related queries, please contact [email protected]
2. For Interim Caregiver Services (ICS/ICS+), Hospice and Psychiatric services, only basic referral data has been migrated to BRIGHT.
3. Community Hospital and Befriending referrals have not been migrated to BRIGHT.
4. Referrals and reports in IRMS will remain accessible for viewing and downloading until 31 October 2025. After this date, all IRMS user accounts will be terminated.
5. Other applications including ACP, Medifund, eSMF, MFEC and ILTC Portal will not be affected.
