Dear IRMS Users, please note that
1. ICS/ICS+, CH, AAC, Hospice (Hospice Day Care, Hospice Home Care, Inpatient Hospice Palliative Care Service) Psychiatric Services (Psychiatric Sheltered Home, Day Rehab (Community Psychiatric) and Rehabilitation Home) are scheduled to go-live in BRIGHT (https://bright.gov.sg) on 18th Aug 2025.
2. For ICS/ICS+, Hospice and Psychiatric services, basic referral data will be migrated to BRIGHT. These can continue to be amended in BRIGHT post-migration.
3. CH and Befriending services will not be migrated to BRIGHT. We strongly encourage CH and Befriending users to process and close any existing referrals in IRMS before 15th Aug 2025 (Fri), 7pm.
4. Draft referrals will not be migrated to BRIGHT.
5. Referral information in IRMS will remain available for viewing till end of Oct 2025, before IRMS is decommissioned.
6. IRMS will not be available from 15th Aug 2025 (Fri) 7pm till 18th Aug 2025 (Mon) 7am.
