the facilities/convenience available around the senior patient's
residence.

Prerequisites
The senior home care page is applicable
(?? enabled??) for the following non-residential services:
- Senior Home Care (Home Help Services)
Home nursing (procedure or wound care only)
Entering the service application details for
CH
Proceed as follows:

Under
the Senior Home care
tab, select Yes or No
for the following:
- Lift landing
- Lift landing - kerb
- Food Amenities: Accessible
within walking distance and manageable by applicant:
- Access to common corridor:
Steps from house to corridor
- Access to kitchen - kerb
/ step
- Access to toilet - kerb
/ step
- Home modified (should it be modification?)
done (installed grab bars, sitting toilet, ramps, etc)
- Transport: Available to
navigate
- Access to public transport
If you want to add any other related information, you can
enter it in the Other
textarea.

In
the Completed By section, details pertaining to the user (role)
who provided information on the senior
home care is displayed
The user information (name, telephone no and so on) is based
on the details available in the user’s profile.

By
default, the information of the user logged into IRMS
is populated. The information (name, telephone
number and so on) is based on the details available
in the logged-in user’s profile. |

When
the Senior Home Care page is ready, you can do one of the
following:
- Save--to
save the medical report as draft.
This option allows you to save the draft that is partially
populated or you do not want to submit it immediately.
- Ready--to
save and mark the draft as ready to submit (indicated
by flag in orange).

When
the mandatory fields are not entered completely, a
message indicating the same is displayed. You cannot
submit the information without completing the required
fields. Once the biodata
is submitted (indicated by flag in green colour),
you cannot modify the details. |
