Integrated Referral Management System (IRMS) Help

  

 

Overview

The Integrated Referral Management System (IRMS) provides a common platform for referral sources (hospitals), AIC (Agency for Integrated Care) and service providers (hospitals) to submit and process the referrals online.

After you have successfully logged in and navigated to IRMS, you can select:

 

Menu ItemTask List 

Displays the list of tasks/referrals (to-do-list) for the user's (role) action. The two states:

  • Active -- submitted referrals.
  • Draft -- referrals that are not submitted.

Menu ItemReferral List

Displays the list (master-list) of all referrals belonging to the organization, that is, referral source or service provider. Each referral may have one or more associated services request.

 

Menu ItemCreate Referral

Initiates new referrals for the user's (role) action.

 

Menu ItemCase Info

Displays the current and previous referrals (history) associated with a patient.

 

Menu ItemCH eBedState

Displays the availability of bed in the community hospitals on a daily basis.

 

Menu ItemData Export

Allows user to retrieve statistical data, such as, referral source details, caregiver and so on.
